Client: Full Circle Hardwood Floors was established in 2002 by brothers Adam and Kory Henderson. Services include new installation, restoration, renovation and hardwood floor maintenance. Full Circle has dominated the market with top service and has received several Angie's List awards since 2008.
Challenge: Full Circle did not have an established brand. Though they had a logo that they have used since the business was established, they didn't feel like it reflected the type of services they provide. Full Circle also lacked a website, marketing and print collateral that could assist them in selling their services. Kory and Adam also wanted to push new installation sales and offer a new service that targeted past clients that they had worked with previously.
Solutions: We performed a brand benchmark to help us get started with their brand development. The benchmark helped the client understand more about their market, competitors and the perceptions that their clients had about their business. It assisted us in our marketing and design plan and laid the foundation for us. We developed a new brand, vehicle designs, a website and wrote their new plan for the Hardwood Maintenance service that targeted previous customers. We also designed new ads for Angie's List that pushed new installation sales.
