Theresa Goodwin

CEO, CERTIFIED BRAND STRATEGIST

With over 20 years of experience in brand, marketing, and sales, Theresa is a certified brand strategist and the founder of Boldthink. Known for her ability to work closely with leadership teams, Theresa specializes in aligning brand and marketing strategy with overall business strategy, ensuring that her clients’ brands are not only distinct but also deeply integrated with their organizational goals.

Theresa’s approach centers on her Brand Activation Model, a framework designed to help brands achieve sustainable growth and long-term engagement. By leveraging this model, she empowers businesses to build deep connections with their audiences, fostering lasting relationships that drive meaningful success.

Erin Mawhorter

SENIOR BRAND DESIGNER, CERTIFIED BRAND SPECIALIST

Erin is Boldthink’s Brand Designer, bringing brands to life through logo identities, websites, brand collateral, and photography. She leads our clients through the branding process, connecting their ideas to logos and visuals to make each brand unique. Her passion for design comes from a blend of her fine arts background and her investigative personality.

Erin graduated from Ball State University with a BFA in Visual Communications. In that time she honed her skills by working with small businesses within the community, leading to her continued passion for developing brands. Erin has completed the necessary requirements to obtain a Certified Brand Specialist accreditation from Level C, a global brand education program. When Erin’s not working, you can find her in one of Indy’s local plant stores, spending time with her family and goldendoodle, or scouting out the best boba tea shops in Indy.

Lian Ottinger

GROWTH MANAGER, CERTIFIED BRAND SPECIALIST

Our Growth Manager, Lian, collaborates with our internal team to research, develop, and implement strategic initiatives to help our business grow. She works closely with the Boldthink brand to establish engaging content and eye-catching visuals that make our brand bold. Lian also works closely with our sales department, driving revenue and awareness.

With over half a decade of working with various industries and a BFA in Visual Communication Design from the Herron School of Art and Design. Lian has completed the requirements to obtain a Certified Brand Specialist accreditation from Level C, a global brand education program. Lian’s diverse perspective is an undeniable asset to the Boldthink team.

In her free time, she loves being on the go, whether with her family, friends, or fur baby, Mia!

Kallie Marley

CLIENT EXPERIENCE MANAGER

With nearly a decade of experience in marketing, Kallie acts as the liaison between Boldthink’s clients and our talented team. Kallie is an expert at process optimization and driving continuous improvement for our clients. She focuses on customer journeys to ensure seamless service delivery and provide engaging experiences for our clients.

Kallie graduated from Indiana University – Indianapolis with a bachelor’s degree in communications and holds a Marketing Strategy Certificate from eCornell University.

When Kallie isn’t in the office, she enjoys chasing her two kids around, renovating her 150-year-old house, and competing in professional barbecue competitions.
