It was a stroke of luck when Care Horizon, formerly known as Cumberland and Associates, discovered Boldthink as their branding agency. Through a serendipitous encounter, one of their consultants stumbled upon Boldthink’s logo in an Indianapolis co-working space lobby. Recognizing the potential synergy, both teams joined forces to give Cumberland and Associates a remarkable brand refresh in celebration of their 40th anniversary, which encompassed a new business name and a captivating website.
With only a single brochure to represent their brand, Boldthink embarked on the task of modernizing Care Horizon and crafting compelling key messaging. Additionally, Boldthink conducted insightful interviews with service providers across three office locations in east central Illinois, aiming to understand the brand’s perception and identify areas for improvement.
