Since 2011, Theresa has been leading Boldthink with a clear mission: to help companies stop guessing at their brand and start building it strategically.

Over the last two decades, she has worked with regional and global organizations across various industries, including manufacturing, logistics, life sciences, higher education, technology, and professional services. She has guided them through brand evolution, mergers, positioning shifts, and internal alignment.

What sets her apart isn’t just her credentials (though there are plenty). It’s her ability to cut through complexity, untangle chaos, ask the questions no one else is asking, and connect brand strategy to real business outcomes.
