This past week has been a whirlwind, to say the least. It seems like every time we turn around, new closures and quarantines have been put in place for the foreseeable future.
I wanted to assure each of you that our services for clients will remain uninterrupted. While we have always had a central office location in Indianapolis, our team which spans from Indiana to Illinois, has been working remotely in some capacity for several years now. We have the systems and processes in place that will allow us to continue to work on your behalf without disruption
Meetings through March
All meetings through March must be held virtually or over the phone for the safety of our team. We want to do our part as much as possible to mitigate any risks to our families and communities.

Digital marketing, social media, and online communication with customers have become crucial for many companies over the last several days. We encourage you, if you haven’t already, to contact us with any messages that need to be broadcasted on your website, through social media or distributed via email as you navigate this challenging new reality.
Recommendations include official company statements that we post on your blog or send out via email blast, branded social media announcements and website updates.
To Our Printing Clients
If you are a printing client of ours through either Bold Gear or Good Screen Printing, we are working closely with our partners and vendors to ensure that your printed products and promotional items are shipping to you without disruption. As of right now, we haven’t faced delays. This can change at any moment, and we ask for your patience and understanding if this happens. We will notify all clients ASAP of any changes to their orders.
What You Can Be Doing to Help
I’ve had multiple people ask what they should be doing to help within their communities. We ask that you please remember to support your small businesses at this time. Shop online, purchase a gift card, and send kind messages of encouragement on social media. We’re all in this together, and we hope that through these hard times that we can all pull together and support each other.
